  1. That was a good interview. Suggesting books for atheists is difficult because there is both a lot of good books and a lot of different types of atheists.

    For instance, I am more interested in philosophy and Textual Criticism, so I read John W. Loftus' The Christian Delusion instead of Dwakins' The God Delusion. However, Dwakins is good for most people because of the state of science education in the world. If you are interested in religious psychology, there is Daniel Dennett and, of course, Darrel Ray. For former Muslims, there is Ibn Warraq's books.

  2. Loftus is awesome. I read his "Why I Became An Atheist" early in my deconversion, and it was a great help in my process.

    One thing that Silverman did say is "you should read them all," which I also agree with.

  3. Another great interview, I recently just finished Victor Stenger's God: The Failed Hypothesis and The New Atheism, both were great books.
